Workout log for iPhone One more than last time.

Progro is a workout log that fills in each set’s target weight and reps, then compares every set with last time when you finish. Do one more than last time. That’s progressive overload.

For iPhone. No subscription.

How it works

Set up a routine once. After that you just tick sets off while you train.

  1. Make a routine

Build routines like Push Day or Legs with a target weight and reps for each set. Pick a routine on Home, tap Start, and the workout begins.

  2. See the target, do one more

Every set starts with its target weight and reps filled in. Did more? Change the number and tap the circle. The set is saved and your rest timer starts.

Tap a circle on the screen.

  3. Compare when you finish

Each exercise lines up the previous session against today, set by set, with its volume trend on top. Sets that went up are green. Sets that went down are red.

The app remembers the numbers

Nothing to memorize or jot down while you train.

Every exercise keeps its history

Tap History next to an exercise mid-workout to see your session count, best weight, best volume and the volume trend (weight × reps, added up). You can tell right away whether it’s climbing or has been stuck for weeks.

Rest timer on the Lock Screen

iOS 16.1 or later

See the time left on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. You get a notification when it’s up.

Hit a target and it moves up

Pro

When you finish, every set that hit its target carries today’s numbers into next time. Sets that fell short keep their target. It’s never lowered. You can also bump weight or reps for every set at once.

Every workout on a calendar

Days you trained get a dot on the History calendar. Tap a date to see every set from that day.

Notes that carry over

Write down safety-pin height or grip width. Memos are saved per exercise, so they’re still there next workout. Machine taken? Tap Skip to leave that exercise out today.

Questions

Is it a subscription?

No. Pro is a one-time purchase. New phone, or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore Purchase and it unlocks again.

Can I log bodyweight exercises?

Yes. Leave the weight at 0 and Progro compares reps instead. Pull-ups and dips work the same way.

Can I use lb instead of kg?

Yes. Change it under Weight Unit in Settings.

Can I change the rest time?

It’s 90 seconds by default. Change it under Rest Timer Default in Settings.

Is there an Android version?

Not right now. Progro runs on iPhone with iOS 15.1 or later, and the Lock Screen timer needs iOS 16.1.
